Create a design system that enables the product team to move more agile and efficiently in building products for our users.
As Offerpad continues to grow, so do their inconsistencies from product to product. This has also led to the constant reworking of already established solutions and increased time to design.
A design system that is able design and engineering can rely on to make builds faster and more efficient across platforms.
I went through our product line and identified the most common components used throughout our experiences.
Once all components had been identified then I proceeded to modify outdated or similar components.
Just to make sure the components could be referenced and developed appropriately a design system was created to act as a repository for the design and engineering team to ensure minimize inconsistencies and speed up development and design.
