Redesigning Offerpad's Offer Letter Experience
for Better Conversion

Project Overview
Offerpad is a e-realtor company that buys and sells homes, and Offer Letter was how they sent preliminary offers to help them build value with sellers. The problem we were tasked to solve was identifying why users were dropping off before they viewed their offer, and how we can keep them from dropping off. To ensure, I helped build the most simple yet valuable solution to users, I leveraged user research and product data. This informed our decision to cut the Offer Letter down from 4 pages to 2 pages. Which after we tested improved user perception of the time it took to complete the task as well as building trust in the offer.
