Offerpad is a digital real estate company with many product offerings and touch points. Between all those touch points there was large inconsistency and large amounts of time being lost because they coding everything from scratch. I led the creation of a design system and created processes to ensure consistent design and also quality control for our components.
I implemented new systems and processes to ensure quality assurance among components.
20% decrease in time to build by using the new design system.
Refined and consistent visual language amongst all of our components.
